Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Place the unused products in their original luxury packaging and ensure they are securely cushioned within a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team in Milan verifies the condition of the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
